i was trying to watch the sequel to the pink panther movie (A shot in the dark [1964]) and they were all talking exclusively in french so i was sitting there for 45 minutes thinking it was just a comedic bit they were doing and peter sellers would do something so funny that it'd make everybody speak english or sumn but no it was just that i somehow ended up with a french dubbed copy of the movie.

also did you know that movie is actually an adaption of a stage play??? and that peter sellers character wasnt even a part of that stage play and they just tossed the dude in there???
